You will create a memorable guest experience by delivering the highest level of service, cleanliness and attention to detail across the national portfolio of properties. Your focus will be on maintaining consistency, quality, and high standards, while aligning with budget and business needs. Responsibilities Daily Tasks Manage day‑to‑day housekeeping activities across the national portfolio Supervise, allocate and review tasks to uphold Ultra‑Regular (UR) standards and guest satisfaction Manage waste removal and ensure sustainability values are adhered to Conduct regular meetings with contractors and manage relationships with key stakeholders Carry out quarterly inspection schedules and maintenance reporting Maintain task lists within technology platforms and coach direct reports through 1:1s Ensure safe and tidy entrance areas, personal hygiene, and presentation standards Ongoing Tasks & Projects Recruit, schedule and train housekeeping staff in compliance with WHS, chemical and manual handling safety training Induct new staff and contractors to UR standards and ensure continuous compliance Collaborate on departmental improvement initiatives and project timelines Review stock levels, supplies and equipment, maintaining asset registers Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures and ensure team adherence Participate in training and development programmes Cost Control, Reporting & Forecasting Manage cost control within the department, seeking ways to reduce expenditure Report on vendor, supplier and contractor cost increases and lead cost reduction practices Maintain a cost control system for supplies, linen and cleaning materials with adequate forecasting Note: This role description serves only as a guideline for duties, which may change from time to time if requested by management.
