As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you act as a trusted adviser to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading solution. A SDM must understand our customer’s business objectives and articulate how our solution supports achievement of the customer’s strategic goals. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining deep relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal Mirantis teams to ensure growth and increased footprint. Act as the customer’s voice in Mirantis, providing feedback to internal teams. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and drive platform growth and strategic adoption. Monitor KPIs and serve as the primary escalation point for critical issues. Manage workload to track and handle customer requests in a timely manner. Occasionally be on call during weekends and holidays. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Service Delivery Manager, Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, Solution Engineer/Architect, or Support Specialist). Strong customer management skills and ability to build relationships with executive levels. Strategic mindset for persuasive conversations with customers. Technical background with ability to understand complex software platforms, system architectures, and integrations. Ability to coordinate internal teams to provide a seamless experience for the customer. Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional work ethic and self‑motivation. Knowledge of cloud‑native technologies. Travel up to 20% for customer meetings and events. Nice to Have Problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and program management skills. Experience with cloud and container technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
