ContiTech Australia - Services is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you'll work closely with management and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, ensure compliance and contribute to a positive workplace culture. As our HR Generalist , no two days will be the same. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be actively involved in a broad range of activities from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management and workplace compliance. Work in partnership with our HR Manager to build HR frameworks, establish best practice and help build a culture that attracts and retains the best people. Key Responsibilities Contribute to talent attraction strategies and activities. Manage end to end recruitment processes and onboarding programs. Provide support to employees and managers on workplace matters. Support with effective performance management activities. Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and other relevant employment legislation. Support with learning and development program management and compliance training. Contribute to HR projects, policy development and improvement initiatives. Support with HR administrative activities. About You Strong experience in a similar HR Generalist role, focused on building a positive workplace culture. Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and Australian employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships based on trust and credibility. Proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities. AHRI certified (desirable). Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors and ELMO (desirable). Experience in the Construction/Mining/Services industry working with both professional and blue‑collar workforce (desirable).
