As an Emerging Stylist (3rd Year) at Vision hair studio', you'll be part of a growing passionate, creative team in the vibrant South Melbourne area. This full-time role will see you continue developing your hairstyling skills and service expertise, contributing to the salon's reputation for exceptional customer care and cutting-edge hair trends. What you'll be doing Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring and styling services to clients Assisting senior stylists with more complex hair treatments and techniques Maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation in the salon Providing attentive, personalised customer service and advice Participating in ongoing training to continuously improve your skills Contributing ideas to help improve salon operations and the client experience What we're looking for At least 3 years' hands on experience in a hair salon environment Entry level technical hairstyling skills across cutting, colouring and styling A passion for the latest hair trends and techniques Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development What we offer At Vision hair studio', we're committed to providing a supportive, collaborative work environment where you can thrive.
