What You Will Be Working On As Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across ABN Group, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Partnering closely with leaders, you’ll identify talent needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-calibre candidates who align with our business goals. Key responsibilities include: Manage full recruitment lifecycle for your portfolio, from sourcing and screening through to offer management Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to a small TA team, building capability and driving performance Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience Support hiring managers through training on recruitment processes, interviewing techniques and system use Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and market positioning Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to optimise talent pipelines Analyse recruitment metrics and ATS data to identify trends, inform decisions and improve effectiveness You You’re a self-motivated recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You’re passionate about creating a great candidate experience and skilled at building trusted relationships across all levels of the business. You’ll bring: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal environment, across a diverse range of roles Strong capability in coaching and guiding stakeholders on best-practice recruitment and interview Experience leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition professionals to drive support and performance The ability to interpret and use recruitment data to drive process improvements and better outcomes Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills A proactive, organised and results-driven approach with a focus on quality and delivery Demonstrated success in partnering with external recruitment agencies Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field Why ABN?
