Now, we're on the lookout for a Senior Contracts Compliance Manager to join our passionate Legal Team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). Reporting to our Head of Legal, you'll take the lead on all things licensing, from food to liquor, and support our team across contracts, compliance, and legal operations. You'll be a key player in the business and have real ownership, and impact. This is more than just a legal support role - it's a chance to own your patch, work flexibly, and make a real difference. What you'll be serving up Take the reins on managingall premises licences(liquor, food, etc.) think timely renewals, ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping. Supportcontract creation, review and management, keeping systems sharp and up to date. Facilitate contract approval and execution process, ensuring efficient workflows. Expertise in document management, administration and compliance. Be a trusted partner to internal teams. Be the support to our Head of Legal as needed with legal research. What you bring to the table 5+ years' experiencein a paralegal, contracts or compliance support roles - either in-house or in private practice. Solid knowledge of contracts and matter management - bonus points for experience in food, liquor licensing, retail or FMCG. A proactive, solutions-first mindset and confidence working autonomously, building strong stakeholder relationships Sharp attention to detail, strong organisation, and a strive for meeting deadlines and getting into the details Clear, confident communication skills - you know how to collaborate and get things done across teams.
