Our Subaru Service Centre in Waitara is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy. What you’ll do Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally. Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues. Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance. Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders. Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. About you to be successful in this role you will be: Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment Experience working in fast paced environment.
