Our amazing Karri & Tuart Lodge and VivianBullwinkel Lodge are on the lookout for an experienced andmotivated Support Services Lead to join theirteams and enable the effective and efficient delivery of cleaning,laundry, kitchen and preventative maintenance services to ourfacilities through the induction, training and supporting of staffin these roles. Working across both Residential Aged Caresites , this key role will provide streamlinedresident-focused services. The role of the Support Services Lead: Partner with stakeholders to ensure that the: RAAFA Aged Care Services living environment ismaintained in a clean and tidy state to meet infectioncontrol, food hygiene standards and a positiveaesthetic appearance of the facility. Provision of meals, drinks, and snacks for the residents in an environment that promotes foodenjoyment. Residents home, their linen and personal items aremaintained to an optimal standard. Update internal documentation and participate in theinitiation and delivery of the requirements and documentationto support, establish and embed change. Comply with all RAAFA Manuals, Policies and Proceduresincluding safety programs, infection control and manualhandling. Ensure that work practices do not interfere with residentsafety or comfort. Identify educational needs and resources relevant tosupport and train staff undertaking cleaning, kitchen, laundryand maintenance roles. Control the stock management processes within eachResidential Aged Care Facility. Identify issues, risk and benefits of existing and proposedprocesses and solutions and outline service impacts andrecommendations. Undertake other tasks as directed by the Clinical andManagement Teams.
