You’ll take the lead on creative strategy across paid and organic social. That means developing ideas, testing new angles, crafting scroll-stopping ads, and guiding the evolution of Dashdot’s visual voice. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be deep in content, shaping scripts, reviewing edits, and spinning up new tests each week. But you’ll also be thinking big: setting strategy, briefing freelancers, and steering the creative direction to keep us bold, sharp, and ahead of the curve. The right person will love testing ideas, thrives on results, and isn’t afraid to throw something out if it flops. You know how to move fast without losing the thread, and you care just as much about the data as you do the story. What’s In It For You Base salary of $130k, depending on experience. The Role In this role, you will use your creative instincts and performance mindset to shape the look, feel, and voice of Dashdot across social platforms. You will turn ideas into ads that capture attention, build interest, and drive results. By understanding our audience and what they care about, you will create ads and campaigns that stand out in crowded feeds. You will run creative tests, learn from the data, and use those insights to keep improving what we make and how we show up online. Your curiosity, pace, and strategic thinking will be key to helping us grow, differentiate, and continue our mission to reshape how Australia thinks about property investing. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve Dashdot’s creative strategy across paid + organic channels Lead weekly creative test cycles — ideate, build, launch, learn Write and direct thumb‑stopping social video concepts (especially Meta & TikTok) Collaborate with media buyers to turn data into creative decisions Build and mentor a lean creative team over time Track emerging trends before they’re mainstream and make them perform What We’re Looking For 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in social or paid creative strategy Proven results from performance‑led creative (CTR, CPA, conversion wins) Advanced knowledge of social platforms and their creative ecosystems Hands‑on ability in one or more creative disciplines: video, copy, design Data fluency: you can spot what’s working, and explain why Strong creative direction and project management chops Clear communication in fast‑moving, cross‑functional teams Experience managing offshore or freelance creatives is a bonus Interest in property or financial education?
