Global Resource Support is a locally owned WA business supporting mining and industrial clients across multiple projects throughout the state. With a busy shutdown period approaching in March / April, we are seeking an organised and proactive Admin / Recruitment / Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with internal preparation, candidate onboarding and mobilisation, and provide site admin support during the shutdown if required. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office‑based coordination and on‑site administrative work. You'll work closely with our operations and recruitment teams to ensure everything runs smoothly leading into, and during, the shutdown. About the Role Must have blue‑collar recruiting experience. Casual position commencing immediately – flexible hours leading up to the shutdown. Assist with the recruitment, screening and onboarding of casual shutdown personnel. Coordinate mobilisation requirements including VOCs, medicals, inductions, PPE and paperwork. Maintain candidate data, compliance records and communication throughout the mobilisation process. Provide administrative support during the shutdown, including site paperwork, tracking hours, daily reports and assisting supervisors where required. Liaise with candidates, clients, supervisors and internal staff to keep all parties updated. What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruitment, mobilisation, HR admin is required. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks during peak periods. Confident using Microsoft Office, email systems and recruitment / admin platforms. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with both office and site teams. A proactive, reliable attitude with strong attention to detail.
