As our next Senior Android Developer in North Sydney , you’ll be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Android applications. This role combines hands‑on coding with leadership responsibilities including setting development standards. You’ll lead end‑to‑end Android development including design, implementation, and code review You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to ensure smooth delivery You’ll make architectural and technology decisions aligned with industry best practices (MVVM, Jetpack, Kotlin Coroutines, etc.) You’ll mentor and support Android developers within the team, including performance feedback and career development input You’ll collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure consistent code quality and development velocity And what are we looking for? You’ll have at least 6 years of professional Android development experience; 1–2 years in a technical lead or senior role. You’ll have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field You’ll be an expert in Kotlin and Android SDK, with strong grasp of Android architecture components, Jetpack, MVVM, and dependency injection (e.g., Hilt/Dagger) You’ll have experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT) You’ll have excellent problem‑solving skills, with a passion for performance tuning and clean architecture You'll have implemented AI solution within Andriod (desirable) So, why choose us?
