Procurement Specialist Defence Health Ltd invites applications for the role of Procurement Specialist. The position reports to the Procurement Manager and focuses on delivering efficient and effective procurement and contract management across Defence Health. Responsibilities Support the Procurement Manager in delivering efficient and effective procurement and contract management. Facilitate tender processes, maintain service provider relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal frameworks. Contribute to value‑for‑money outcomes, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in procurement practices. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and support the development of procurement systems and reporting. About You Motivated to exceed expectations and conquer new challenges, driven to achieve excellence for those you work for and with. Qualifications Experience in contract and procurement management including drafting, negotiating and managing the procurement process. Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating contract compliance. Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external business relationships. Strong contract management, governance, and problem‑solving skills. Sound business acumen and analytical ability. Effective planning, organisation and attention to detail. Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of the Australian health landscape.
