Job Description Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT-related goods and services. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure value for money and quality service. Prepare and evaluate tenders, proposals, and bids in line with procurement policies. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favourable terms. Ensure compliance with relevant procurement guidelines and regulations in the healthcare sector. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly. Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department. The Successful Applicant A Successful Procurement Specialist - IT Should Have Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in IT procurement within the healthcare or similar industry. Strong understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
