Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Gold Coast Airport store in full‑time capacity. The role involves representing iconic fashion, perfume and cosmetic brands, engaging customers, and supporting the retail team. Responsibilities Act as second in charge for retail operations. Maximise sales opportunities and deliver customer excellence. Support the Sales Team Leader and Retail Operations Manager. Provide high‑quality customer service, enthusiastic communication and strong rapport building. Assist with shelf restocking and lift goods when required. Collaborate with the team to meet personal and team sales goals. Qualifications Previous retail experience. Immaculate personal presentation. Multilingual skills are advantageous but not essential. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work the full airport retail shift schedule.
