We are seeking multiple permanent fulltime Territory Manager - Remote to join our fun and friendly, hardworking outbound sales function, to be located at our Northgate Facility. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Remote, ANZ this diverse role will retain existing, ignite lapsed, build and maintain lasting customer relationships across Australia and New Zealand through the application of the right selling strategy to the right customer segment, at the right time. We are seeking an appointment to be dedicated to our iconic retail brands, Inner Health, Ethical Nutrients and Endura. Our target new Territory Managers will grow revenue and increase product penetration across our Health Food and Retail Pharmacy channel customers, as well as execute telesales strategies to grow a pipeline of new business. Working hours are Monday to Friday Day Shift. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service that leads to sustainable, profitable growth for our target group of customers Apply selling strategies per the Outbound Sales playbook to deliver against key objective Increase penetration of our product range through the effective representation and sell in of core and new product Act as the first point of contact for new account holders. Establish relationship, assess potential, build CRM and drive conversion to order Identify lapsed and at risk customers and customer groups. Employ strategies to reignite sales Build the CRM for our nominated customer groups Identify and build pipeline of new business opportunity for Territory Managers Provide support for vacant territories Prepare and provide KPI and objective reporting to the National Outbound Sales Manager ANZ or Sales Leadership as required Ensure that all trade discounts and promotional offers are in compliance with internal governance procedures Proactively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes, procedures and efficiencies Be an active team player through assisting others, maintaining a positive attitude towards work tasks and modelling our Values To succeed in this role, you will need… Relevant telesales, customer service or call centre experience Previous Pharmacy Experience not required, but beneficial Job benefits and perks Eligible to participate in our Sales Incentive Program Heavily discounted product for yourself and family to purchase, with complimentary product available in the office Access to Employee Assistance Program for yourself and family Flexible work – work from home up to 2 days per week, free onsite parking Access to Perkbox, an employee benefits and discounts provider of major brands, as well as onsite Yoga, Ping Pong and Art Classes.
