Territory Manager – Electrophysiology – NSW Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to support the sales of advanced electrophysiology products in New South Wales. You will provide clinical and technical expertise, manage a territory strategy, and drive adoption of flagship products such as FARAPULSE™, POLARx™, RHYTHMIA™, LAB SYSTEM PRO™ and MAESTRO 4000™. Hiring Manager: Simon GrantRecruiter: Aislinn Roche Responsibilities Plan and execute territory strategy to meet annual revenue commitments and support business growth. Provide clinical and technical support to cardiology teams, including troubleshooting, product training and procedural guidance. Deliver in‑person and remote demonstrations of Boston Scientific EP products and support the launch of new therapies such as the Pulsed Field Ablation (FARAPULSE™). Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, supply chain managers and key clinical stakeholders. Maintain accurate record keeping in Salesforce CRM and other e‑Detailing platforms. Attend conferences, meetings and exhibitions to promote products and gather market intelligence. Travel within the NSW territory and, as required, to regional locations. Collaborate with the broader ANZ EP team for cross‑territory initiatives and strategy alignment. Qualifications Proven experience in clinical sales or territory management within electrophysiology or a related medical device field. Strong technical and clinical knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology, including radiofrequency and cryoablation, and familiarity with 3‑D mapping systems. Experience providing in‑field product training and troubleshooting to electrophysiologists, nurses and cardiac physiologists. Demonstrated success in strategic territory planning, customer relationship management and achievement of sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences or a related discipline is preferred. Desirable qualifications: IBHRE EP, IBHRE Pacing or equivalent.
