Overview About us : Toby's Estate started in 1997 in Woolloomooloo with a passion for roasting and treating people like family. Today we are a dynamic team pushing the boundaries of premium specialty coffee. Role : Territory Manager – NSW region. You’ll influence how our brand is seen, heard, and remembered from the road, TEC events, and industry gatherings. You’ll inherit an established customer portfolio, nurture relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities, with autonomy and support from the State Sales Manager. Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined territory within NSW, leveraging a well-established customer portfolio. Actively network and represent the brand at on-the-road, TEC specific, and industry events. Nurture existing relationships and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Collaborate with the State Sales Manager to maintain a culture of autonomy and approachability while achieving targets. Qualifications Sales background is preferred; coffee experience is ideal, but candidates from other FMCG sales, hospitality, or those transitioning from a barista role or ex-café owner will be considered. Strong networks and connections; ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively. Good self-management and a solid understanding of the local area is advantageous.
