About the Role We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Territory Manager to oversee our dealer network across New South Wales. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with dealers, and ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation throughout the region. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing a regional territory that requires regular travel and hands‑on engagement with dealers. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within the NSW territory through proactive dealer engagement and relationship management. Conduct regular visits to dealers to promote products, support sales initiatives, and provide training and product updates. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance analysis. Utilize the company’s CRM system to record interactions, manage opportunities, and monitor dealer performance. Identify new business opportunities and support the onboarding of new dealers. Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, and finance) to ensure dealer needs are met. Prepare territory reports and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Represent the company at trade shows, field days, and industry events when required. Key Requirements Proven experience in a territory management, account management, or field sales role, ideally within a dealer or distribution network. Strong understanding of sales forecasting and territory planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using a CRM system to manage customer relationships and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long‑term partnerships. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently across NSW (including regional areas). Current valid driver’s license. Desirable Experience in machinery, equipment, or agricultural industries (preferred but not essential). Knowledge of dealer network structures and sales processes.
