About the role There is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Manager at this outstanding and beautifully presented venue. Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities. Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and government regulations. Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts. Complete all cash reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner. Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment. A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successful marketing ideas would be looked upon favourably. Be willing to take responsibility and accountability. The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times. Candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required. An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months is required.
