Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‑on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Role Overview The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfilling a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours. Requirements RSA / RCG are required (or willingness to obtain). RMLV and Approved Manager license are preferred but not mandatory. Previous management experience is preferable but not mandatory.
