Assistant / Duty Manager | Figtree Hotel | Redcape Hospitality Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Figtree Hotel as one of our Assistant Managers working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to run the Hotel’s operations in a hands‑on role that includes Front‑of‑House (FOH) and Back‑of‑House (BOH) duties. Responsibilities Leading a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfilling a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Hotel’s operating hours. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality. Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG certificates (or willingness to obtain).
