Assistant / Duty Manager | Willoughby Hotel | Redcape Hospitality Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Willoughby Hotel as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‑on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Role Purpose To lead through Redcape’s purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics. To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance. Responsibilities Lead a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours (Midnight close). Qualifications Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain). Prior experience in management/leadership position(s) is essential. Prior experience with marketing & functions is preferred.
