Redcape Hospitality are seeking an experienced, passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our growing Leadership Team as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers at the Saltwater Creek Hotel. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‑on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Duties and Responsibilities Lead internal teams to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation. Create and nurture a positive work environment for all team members. Work flexible availability across 7 days, covering opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays. Ensure RSA/RSG certification (or willingness to obtain). RMLV and Approved Manager license preferred but not mandatory.
