Chef / Cook | The Sun Hotel | Redcape Hospitality Have you had previous experience as a Chef working in a fast-paced kitchen in a large venue? Or are you a keen cook looking to take the next step in your career? Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Casual Chef to join the Kitchen Team at The Sun Hotel. A Full-Time opportunity is available should it be mutually beneficial for both theCandidate and the Kitchen Team. Therefore, we are looking for a team player with a "can do" attitude, excellent communications skills and great hands‑on service ethic to join our team. Key qualifications and attributes: Experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to solve problems and seek guidance where necessary. Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation. Uncompromising approach to product & service delivery – a great hands‑on serviceethic. Exceptional capabilities in quality and consistency of product delivery. Experience in operating multiple obligations for several service points. Supporting Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and assist in theircolleagues' absence(s). Capable of working cohesively and autonomously within a team. Must have flexible availability to suit prep, lunch & dinner servicesacross 7 days ofoperations in conjunction with our Hotel’s Operating Hours.
