Duties and Responsibilities Leading the Bottle Shop Team, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Driving financial performance through the enhancement of staff & customer experience. Required Traits, Qualifications & Attributes Experience in the same or similar role is a mandatory requirement. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service and customer experience. A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests. An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude. High level of listening skills coupled with the ability to take direction well. High standard of physical fitness & manual handling as it can be a physically demanding role. Coupled with the ability to complete tasks that require heavy lifting which may be repetitive in nature, working unsupervised and within WHS guidelines. Full or flexible availability to fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Bottle Shop's operating hours. Proven track record with leading teams. Focused on driving performance. Accountable and responsible. Understands business strategies. Holds a current/valid RSA certification (or willingness to obtain) Forklift License (preferred but not mandatory). Computer skills that translate to communicative requirements and effective stock management.
