Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‑on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Prospect Hotel Motel has now completed a major renovation, and we’re continuing to build our team to match. Key Responsibilities Join a motivated team of Leaders, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Hotels’ operating hours.
