Redcape Hospitality are seeking an experienced, passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our growing Leadership Team as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers at the Saltwater Creek Hotel. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‑on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Possess flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with our Hotel's operating hours. Qualifications RSA / RSG are required (or willingness to obtain). RMLV and Approved Manager license are preferred but not mandatory.
