Assistant / Duty Manager | Parklands Tavern | Redcape Hospitality Redcape Hospitality is on the look out for a passionate hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Parklands Tavern as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.For more information visit our website: RSA / RSG are required. RMLV is required. Approved Manager license preferred but not mandatory. Previous management experience in a similar position is essential.
