Redcape Hospitality has recently renovated The Prince Consort's gaming room and we are now seeking an experienced, passionate and people‑centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team as our Gaming Manager. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's Gaming related operations in a hands‑on role. Role & Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.
