About The Role Gaming Manager | The Condo (Old Irish Finnegans) We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love. Once the iconic Irish Finnegans, The Condo brings a fresh, laid-back vibe to Condon while staying true to its long-standing local roots. As our Gaming Manager, you’ll play a key role in elevating our gaming offering and ensuring every guest experience is a good call. A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift Inherent Requirements This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About You You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements If you’re all about great service, happy players, and running a top-notch gaming room – we’d love to chat.
