We are looking for a Gaming Manager to work in the North West of Sydney. Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Gaming Manager will have a strong background in gaming, TAB, compliance and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be a hands on front of house focused leader who motivates & inspires their team through their own personal customer focused approach. Being a lead from the front focused position it is a mandatory requirement of this position that the successful applicant works peak periods. The successful applicant will: Have a genuine passion for food and beverage and the hospitality industry and are committed to customer service A demonstrated understanding of industry related technology systems A good understanding of the local area or nearby suburbs, its' clientele and business drivers A good knowledge or Gaming operations with experience in high ranking venues. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development. Attention to detail across all facets of the business with pride in presentation both in service and in grooming Priority to development and training of staff Results driven and takes ownership of the role Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
