A few of your responsibilities Supporting the Director and other Gaming Managers to oversee the daily gaming operations Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence Promoting a positive working relationship across the team Ensuring the integrity of the company & gaming machine operations Passionate with fostering team members achieving their career goals. What we are looking for 5 years leadership experience ideally working in a Casino Industry Excellent relationship building skills Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity About you You will need to demonstrate accountability, resource management, cost control and effective leadership in people management coupled with effective communication and motivational skills.
