At Are Media, you'll be in the office four days a week, with one day to work from home. About the role This is a parental leave contract for a People & Culture Business Partner , where you’ll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience and driving business success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver strategic people solutions across the full employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes, champion culture, and enable capability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Duties Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on complex people matters, providing commercially focused solutions. Partner across all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention, wellness, and safety. Provide expert guidance on policy, process, legislation, and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Lead and support organisational change initiatives, applying sound governance and change management principles. Champion capability-building programs and engagement initiatives aligned to business priorities. Skills and experience Proven experience in a People & Culture Business Partner or similar HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and Awards. Demonstrated ability to build deep stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes. Expertise in managing change, resolving complex employee matters, and mitigating risk. Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
