Job Description We’re seeking a high-impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about solving complex operational challenges. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, manage cross‑functional teams, and own a vertical line of business with direct influence on company performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain, customer experience, and internal systems. Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies. Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets. Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors. Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Have a low ego with a high degree of impact and agility. Can navigate complex and ambiguous situations while leverage data to make timely and sound decisions. Develop talent and work effectively with others to drive team success. Have a forward‑thinking mindset, anticipating future trends, challenges and opportunities. Operate with high integrity and are committed to accountability and transparency. Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, supply chain, operations, or a related field. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic decisions. Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
