Role Description We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale our business and shape its future direction. You’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the CEO and leadership team on high‑impact projects that accelerate growth. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration – ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving tech environments and enjoys turning big ideas into operational reality. Qualifications 6+ years experience in Strategy, Operations, or Business Management , in a tech or high‑growth scale‑up environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; confident using data to guide decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency with operations and finance tools (e.g., Atlassian suite, HubSpot, Xero) and comfort with AI tools or workflow automation. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in ambiguity while driving outcomes. Proven ability to influence across functions and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
