We are seeking an experienced Senior Casualty / Liability Underwriter to join our Major Accounts this key role you will support profitability and service excellence while building strong relationships with major clients and brokers. Key Responsibilities Achieve personal premium budgets and negotiate profitable transactions. Underwrite new risks and renewals within the Casualty portfolio. Provide technical leadership and collaborate with product managers on complex accounts. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Manage client relationships and service standards for up to four clients. Mentor junior staff and maintain open communication with internal teams. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in Casualty or Package Underwriting and development at an insurance company. Strong technical underwriting knowledge combined with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to develop creative solutions for unique underwriting scenarios. Familiarity with advanced pricing techniques account servicing costs and the competitive landscape. Experience in managing complex accounts and developing marketing strategies. A record of success in a results-oriented team environment with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
