Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Hotel Manager at Melsted Badehotel, located in Bornholms Regionskommune. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, including guest services, front desk management, budgeting, staff supervision, and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel's restaurant. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, maintaining high service standards, and driving sales and profitability through effective management practices. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with the ability to create outstanding guest experiences and manage guest relations. Experience in Budgeting and Sales, including financial planning, cost control, and driving revenue within a hospitality setting. Proficiency in managing Food & Beverage operations to maintain high‑quality dining experiences for guests. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage daily hotel operations and lead a team effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to varying circumstances in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in hospitality management roles is preferred. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Fluency in Danish and/or English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
