Key responsibilities This role exists to grow the trade customer base while strengthening ongoing relationships across Melbourne's eastern and southern regions. Prospecting: Actively source and convert new trade customers. Engagement: Manage and grow existing accounts with consistent communication. Promotion: Showcase acrylic and melamine products with confidence and expertise. Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and seamless service. Insight: Stay across industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities. Reporting: Provide timely updates to track progress and support strategy. Closing: Prepare presentations, proposals and quotes that drive deals to completion. Product: Sound understanding of technical product information and its application. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage. Drive: Self‑motivated approach with a focus on results and opportunity creation. Systems: Familiarity with CRM tools and general sales technology. Logistics: Current driver's licence for regular customer visits. You will be highly regarded if you also have: Industry: Experience with timber, hardware, joinery, acrylic, melamine or stone products.
