Brand Experience Work with the internal design team on graphics and perform basic editing of content Building event communications throughourEDM platform, ensuring brand integrity and functionality Initiatingideas onelevating ourclient experience,eventinnovationand brand activation Marketing Support Supporting a portfolio of industries and lines of business with client events Maintain and update event lists, manage registration updates and reportingon engagement Assistwith the development of marketing plans/campaigns Partnership management Lead the end-to-end delivery oftwokey artspartnerships, including asset delivery such asadvertisingopportunities, and corporate hospitality-ensuring all obligations are met and opportunitiesaremaximised. More About You We welcome applicants who have: A tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations or event management, or suitable relevantexperience Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume event management within a corporate environment Excellent planning and time management skills, including an ability to handle conflicting deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills Experience in managing sponsorships or partnershipshighly regarded Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Navigate and resolve competing priorities by influencing and aligning key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a consistently high standard of service delivery across all touchpoints.
