This Client Manager opportunity is within a highly successful and dynamic Global and Corporate team which specializes in Healthcare within Aon Risk Solutions. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices. What the day will look like Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon How this opportunity is different We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include: Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions, ideally within healthcare Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims Good cross selling abilities Pro‑active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively across teams How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
