This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Osborne Park office in Perth. About the Role The Senior Regional Manager at What Ability is responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional and Area Managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational performance across all assigned regions. This role requires strategic oversight, effective leadership, and strong accountability for compliance, staff performance, participant outcomes, and business metrics. The Senior Regional Manager works closely with the State Manager and National Support Manager to ensure high standards of service delivery and continuous improvement. The Senior Regional Manager role plays a crucial role in upholding company values and ensuring that every participant and staff experience is safe, supported, empowering and of a high quality. Experience in the disability sector is desired, but not essential. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Regional and Area Managers, providing oversight and guidance to ensure effective leadership within each region. Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with all direct reports and monthly performance reviews, as well as yearly formal performance appraisals. Set expectations and track progress of team performance, ensuring that monthly KPIs are achieved and unlocks are completed in reporting regions. Ensure all regional operations are compliant with company policies and NDIS standards; identify and rectify non-compliance in collaboration with the State Manager and National Compliance Manager. Act as the primary escalation point for staff performance issues, leading investigations and managing disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies. Oversee the delivery of participant services, ensuring support workers provide high-quality, person-centred support aligned with participant needs and documentation requirements. Provide regular operational and performance updates to the State Manager, including KPI analysis, risks, and proposed improvement strategies. Monitor and manage business performance metrics such as revenue and operational costs within assigned regions. Support and lead national initiatives; train and educate staff on service delivery models including BSP (Behaviour Support Plans) and Camps verticals.
