Linen and Garment Stock Controller

Associated Laundry Services – Maddington WA Associated Laundry Services' is seeking a Linen and Garment Stock Controller to join our team in Maddington, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our linen hire and structural garment network is operating and syncing with our customer's linen and specialised cleaning requirements. This role includes overseeing the RFID scanning of all incoming linen and garments, the inspection for any damaged structural garments, the efficient packing of all orders, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating timely deliveries, RFID dispatching of packed linen orders and precise communication between our soiled in stock and dispatched stock network system to ensure precision and uphold the integrity of our stock controlling system. This is a full‑time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. What you'll be doing Ensure the stock database is reading and networked to each incoming and outgoing RFID hub, ensuring printers are connected and troubleshooting any IP network issues Scan all incoming linen and garment items returned from customers Liaise with management and team members to ensure timely and reliable deliveries Monitor customer orders and assist with the preparation of linen and garments to ensure high quality and sufficient stock levels for packing orders Pack, scan out and dispatch all linen and garment orders Prepare outstanding items reports and structural garment usage reports Assist with general warehouse duties as required Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines What we're looking for A tertiary qualification in an Information Technology field (previous experience with Bundle Connect and LOGIC software will be highly considered) Recent Police Clearance Certificate (obtained in the last 3 months) Experience in a customer service environment Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality service Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers Ability to start your working day either at 6am or end at 6pm with a flexible 38 hour week This role involves lifting of packaged linen and operational garments as well as working with roll cages A neat and tidy appearance is expected (uniform is provided) Please note that Random Alcohol and Drug testing is part of our employment policy and may be required to be undertaken from time to time About us Associated Laundry Services' is a reliable provider of commercial laundry solutions in Western Australia.
