Position Overview As a Hospital Linen Porter, you will be responsible for the effective management of linen services at Footscray Hospital. Your daily tasks will include the collection, sorting, and distribution of linen and garments, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining excellent customer relations. You will work autonomously at Footscray Hospital, supported by our customer account manager. This role requires a proactive approach to service delivery, with a focus on meeting the changing needs of our clients while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Current driver's license Eligibility to work in Australia Experience in customer service and relationship management Ability to work independently and deliver results Good physical fitness and mobility to handle the demands of the role Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing top-tier service and who thrive in a dynamic work environment. Salary and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary of $28.12 per hour plus a 12% superannuation contribution.
