As an Outreach Clinical Hospital Pharmacist, you'll be based at Port Augusta Hospital and regularly travel to remote healthcare facilities across the region. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients in underserved areas receive the highest standard of care — from medication supply and education to clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives. Key Requirements Full general registration as a pharmacist in Australia (AHPRA) or New Zealand (PCNZ) Previous dispensing / clinical experience in an Australian or New Zealand-based hospital or community pharmacy is essential Willingness to travel and embrace new challenges.
