Posting Details Job Details Description Fix Network is looking for an Accounts Administrator The Accounts Administrator is a key part of keeping our finances on track for Fix Network brands across Australia. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll handle the everyday financial admin that keeps things moving from accurate billing and Insurance and fleet payment distribution to answering queries from our franchise network. If you are someone who's naturally organized, enjoys digging into the details, and is confident with Excel and general computer systems. If you love finding simpler, smarter ways to do things especially through digital tools you'll fit right in The daily road of an Account Administrator Manage central billing processes, including collecting and organizing reports, processing invoices, and maintaining authorization documentation. Import and reconcile financial data from various electronic formats into the company's database. Prepare and distribute invoice copies to fleet customers and insurers; collect, compile, and redistribute payments to network members. Investigate and resolve irregularities in unpaid invoices. Request and cross-check franchisee statements for accuracy and calculate royalties as required. The pilot we are looking for; College diploma or equivalent in accounting or finance an advantage. 2 to 4 years of accounting experience. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong general computer skills and understanding of computer systems. Demonstrated experience in processing financial data is an asset. Creative problem solver with strategic orientation. Commitment to continual learning and process improvement. Why Fix Network?
