Accounts Receivable / Payroll Administrator Add expected salary to your profile for insights Accounts Receivable / Payroll Administrator – Melbourne About the role : Due to continued growth, Keece is on the lookout for a sharp and organised Accounts Receivable / Payroll Administrator to join our accounts crew. You'll play a big part in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, making sure billing, payroll, and financial records are spot on, compliant, and running smoothly, all with that trademark Keece energy. As the Accounts Receivable / Payroll Administrator, you'll work closely with both our accounts and operations teams to make sure invoices, payments, and payroll are processed efficiently across Australia and New Zealand. Your days will include reconciling accounts, allocating remittances, managing incoming payments, chasing outstanding invoices, preparing payroll, and supporting our continued growth with clean, accurate financial administration. The responsibilities of the role include : Receiving and allocating remittances. Managing retentions, including bank guarantees and cash retentions. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. Preparing and processing payroll across multiple business units. About you : We'd love to hear from you if you : Have experience in payroll (preferred but not essential). Bring prior experience in accounts receivable or similar finance admin roles. Understand unionised environments, EBAs, and award interpretation. Have strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (MYOB highly regarded). Are proactive, trustworthy, and confident managing deadlines. Enjoy contributing to a supportive, values-driven team.
