Were seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a supportive down-to-earth finance team within a busy and collaborative environment. This role offers excellent exposure variety and genuine room to grow ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career. About the role : Manage accounts receivable for multiple recruitment agency franchisees Oversee invoicing payment allocation follow-ups and debt collection Work daily with Greentree and Easy AR Complete reconciliations and support month-end processes Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise partners Assist with general accounting tasks and continuous process improvements About you : Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role Strong customer service and communication skills Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture Tech-savvy with experience using MYOB Greentree or similar systems Whats on offer : Immediate start temp to perm opportunity Hybrid working after the first two weeks of on-site training Broad exposure across accounts receivable reconciliations invoicing and AR systems Career progression opportunities If your interested please send an updated resume and cover letter demonstrating how your experience aligns with the role.
