In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payment collection, resolving credit issues, and maintaining accurate customer account records. You'll work closely with customers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and internal teams to support financial operations and reporting. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with strong communication and a passion for accounts to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing account-related correspondence Process payments via direct debit and credit card Resolve overdue accounts and establish payment arrangements Release held orders promptly to support dispatch timelines Maintain and reconcile customer account records Assess customer creditworthiness, identify potential credit risks, and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies. Provide regular reporting to BDMs and finance team Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve credit matters Support EOM and EOFY financial processes Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy About you You're a confident and detail-driven professional who thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly. With a strong background in accounts receivable, you know how to balance assertiveness with empathy when managing customer relationships. You're proactive in resolving issues, comfortable working with deadlines, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Whether it's reconciling accounts, chasing payments, or collaborating with internal teams, you bring a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
