About the role We are seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at H3C Plus' in Bankstown, NSW. This role is responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. What you'll be doing Process and reconcile incoming payments from customers Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain clear communication with customers Manage the accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate reporting Liaise with the finance team to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies Recommend and implement improvements to accounts receivable processes Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and industry regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At H3C Plus', we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
