Custom Built Wardrobes and Shower Screens – Minto NSW Custom Built Wardrobes & Shower Screen's is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position is located in Minto, NSW. What you're doing Invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments Reconciling accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account records Communicating with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes Assisting with credit checks and setting appropriate credit limits Preparing accounts receivable reports and analysis Supporting the wider finance team as required What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably in the retail or construction industry Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and credit management Must have experience using Xero accounting software. Xero proficiency required.
